Order Processing

  • Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after confirmation.
  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
  • During peak seasons, sales events, or holidays, processing times may be slightly longer.

Shipping Coverage

We currently ship to all major cities and most areas across Pakistan.

Delivery Time

Estimated delivery times are:

  • Major Cities: 2–4 business days
  • Other Cities & Remote Areas: 3–7 business days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to weather conditions, courier delays, public holidays, or other unforeseen circumstances.

Shipping Charges

  • Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on your location and order value.
  • Free shipping promotions may be offered from time to time and will be clearly displayed on our website.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation message with tracking information (where available) so you can monitor your shipment.

Cash on Delivery (COD)

Kidzo Mart offers Cash on Delivery (COD) in eligible areas across Pakistan.

Please ensure someone is available at the delivery address to receive and pay for the order.

Delivery Attempts

If a delivery attempt is unsuccessful due to incorrect address details, unavailable recipient, or refusal to accept the package, the courier may attempt re-delivery or return the package to us.

Additional shipping charges may apply for re-shipment.

Damaged or Missing Items

If you receive a damaged package or an item is missing:

  1. Contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
  2. Provide your order number and clear photos of the package and items received.
  3. Our support team will investigate and assist you with a suitable resolution.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. Kidzo Mart is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete address details.
